Yes — orders $99 and over ship free within the continental US. Orders under $99 ship for a $10.00 flat rate. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit is typically 3–5 business days.

Decorative hardware, bath hardware, and organizers can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with no restocking fee, in original resalable packaging; the customer pays return shipping (waived for our error or shipping damage) and an RGA is required first. Vanities, mirrors, and freight items (sinks, wood products, lighting) are all sales final — we accept damage or defect claims only. Start a return at returns@kitchbath.io.

For qualifying Top Knobs and Atlas knobs and pulls, you can order a sample directly from the manufacturer — look for the “Order a finish sample” link on those product pages. Samples are free with a $5 shipping & handling charge per sample, are non-returnable, and typically arrive in 7–10 business days.

Center-to-center (c-c) is the distance between the centers of the two mounting holes. Measure your existing hardware's hole spacing and match it to the product's listed center-to-center, or use the Size filter on a collection to shop by c-c. Knobs use a single screw, so there's no center-to-center measurement.

Knobs work well on cabinet doors and smaller drawers; pulls are easier to grip on wider drawers and are common on modern kitchens. Many kitchens use both — knobs on doors and pulls on drawers — in a single coordinated finish.

We carry a full range of finishes including matte black, brushed gold, satin brass, polished and brushed nickel, polished chrome, and oil-rubbed and other bronzes. Exact finish names vary by brand; use the Finish filter on any collection to see what's available and to match existing fixtures.
