Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your KitchBath order. Here's how returns work.

Decorative hardware, bath hardware & organizers — easy 30-day returns

• Return within 30 days of your invoice date.
• No restocking fee.
• Items must be unused and in their original, resalable packaging.
• You cover return shipping (we cover it if the return is due to our error or shipping damage).
• Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before shipping anything back — email returns@kitchbath.io.
• Special-order and discontinued items are non-returnable.

Vanities, mirrors & freight items (sinks, wood products, lighting) — final sale

• These are freight / furniture items and are all sales final.
• We accept claims for damage or defects only. Inspect your order on delivery: refuse the shipment and note the damage on the carrier's slip, or email photos to returns@kitchbath.io within 48 hours of delivery.
• Freight claims must be filed within 2 business days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order reaches the warehouse it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
